SBI, Nestle India, Titan Company, Asian Paints, Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC shed over 1 per cent each. HDFC Bank, Reliance Industries, Tech Mahindra, ITC and Hindustan Unilever declined up to 1 per cent.

Ravindra Rao, CMT, EPAT, VP- Head Commodity Research, Kotak Securities said that risk sentiment stabilized somewhat as US and Russia agreed to hold talks over Ukraine, however, tensions prevail as the US has maintained that Russian attack may happen soon.

Promoters held 38.4 per cent stake in the company as of 31-Dec-2021, while FII and DII ownership stood at 36.37 per cent and 11.04 per cent, respectively.

The stock traded at a P/E multiple of 32.89, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 2.6.

The Nifty Pharma index was trading 0.86 per cent down at 13095.1.
