The bonds are to be issued for aggregate total issue size of Rs 3,000 crore in single or multiple tranches, the bank said in a regulatory filing.

“I believe we have passed the bottom part of the curve as far as supply is concerned. The situation as far as the semiconductor supply is concerned is still very dynamic and while there seems to have been a good improvement in the past few weeks, we will have to wait and watch very carefully because the situation is quite dynamic.”

The 30-share pack Sensex rose 831.53 points or 1.40 per cent to close at 60,138.46. Its broader peer NSE Nifty advanced 258 points or 1.46 per cent to 18,929.65.

They are all cash flow generating businesses for us. So we are not very hungry for capital. We are able to self finance the growth but it goes without saying that if we have an opportunity which can use large capital, there is a lot of it available for us.
